Please welcome back DeAnna Pappas Stagliano!
The real estate agent and Bachelor alum, 34, was one of two finalists on Brad Womack‘s first season before headlining The Bachelorette, where she chose Jesse Csincsak.
Although the engagement didn’t work out, she met Stephen Stagliano through his twin brother Michael, who was a contestant on Jillian Harris‘ season.
After getting engaged in 2010, Pappas and Stagliano tied the knot in October 2011 in Georgia.
In 2013, the couple announced that they were expecting their first child. Born Feb. 6, 2014, daughter Addison Marie is now 23 months old. In August, the couple announced that they are expecting their second child, a son, due Feb. 26, 2016.

Countdown mode: I’m 34 weeks pregnant today and feeling it!
I have been counting down for this birth since the early weeks of finding out that I was pregnant. Sadly, this pregnancy has been much harder than when I was pregnant with Addison. My hormones are crazy this time around.

I’m feeling much like Lace on this season of The Bachelor. Moody, quick to anger, needy for Stephen’s attention, crying at the drop of a hat. Do I sound like one of the ladies on The Bachelor to you?! Crazy emotions like I am rewinding my life by a few seasons!
Hopefully, Ben Higgins will have as much grace and patience as my dear husband. I think he has the potential to be a great Bachelor with some great choices. Did they circle the U.S. and choose the most beautiful women they could find or what?! So many gorgeous ladies on one season. Hopefully, they are as beautiful on the inside … with a few crazies thrown in for our enjoyment!

What is it about the second pregnancy? We have not done a single thing. I am due in 6 weeks and we still have not changed the spare room into a nursery, we have barely ordered furniture for him and we have yet to name him.
I have some boy clothes set aside, unwashed and still in bags. One or two baby things have trickled in, which gets me excited, but it seems like I am in no hurry to set up.

When I was pregnant with Addison, I was so prepared. Her room was set up months in advance, clothes washed and hung up, toys on display, not to mention she was named before she was even conceived!
Maybe I underestimated how hard it can be to be pregnant with a toddler?! Any parents out there understand what I’m going through?

We have our routine with Addison: wake up, breakfast, play time, lunch, her nap time, my nap time, play time, dinner, bath and bed. Somewhere in there I manage to squeeze in gymnastics, errands, work, making dinner, and paying the bills.
I am simply exhausted by the end of the day and can barely stay awake past 8:30 p.m. Who feels me?!

I cannot wait to snuggle this little unnamed baby Stag boy. Addison has become quite the busy almost 2 year old who doesn’t have much time for Mommy’s snuggles anymore.
Although it is so fun watching her grow into her own and experience her outgoing personality, I miss the days of cuddling her when she needed me so much.

I am excited to experience the newborn snuggles again, breastfeeding, babywearing, first baths, tiny smiles and the new life we are bringing into the world.
Even though this pregnancy has been tough on me, I know we are so blessed to be having another child to love.
